A glimpse of Winter

This is my first venture in oil painting. During my first winter in US, I got lot of greeting cards from friends. One of them fascinated me very much which resulted in sketching this winter scene. The bear trees with firy tinge of brown color is eye catching. The snow covered ground looks as though it is covered with white blanket. I suppose, this painting catches one's view.
