get together party

I was on vacation this Summer to my home town, B'lore. The batch of 74 from my school where i was a teacher, hosted a party in famous cricket stadium club house. My student Mr. Prasad Tagot, his wife Mrs. Vasanthi and thier son Sri Hari are seen in this pic. My sister is in this pic too. It was the most wonderful party always to remember. The love and affection they all have towards me is immense. Always good to cherish those happy moments.

flower show of Lalbagh

Our family went on vacation to Bangalore, my hometown during this summer. We had opportunity to visit Lal Bagh horticulture show held for Aug 15th, Indian Independence Day. The host of marigold, mums , hycanth, juniper and variety of flowers in thier bright hue feasted our eyes. worth visiting.

The inspiration for this watercolor paint is from one of the greatest artist. As i was scrolling through the art book , the beautiful pathway garden picture inspired me to sketch and color the same. One may visualize the depth of tone and color of the pic.

Partial view of Grand Cannyon

We happen to visit Grand Cannyon a couple of years back. I was really stunned to see the marvel of this amazing Cannyon. It was something beyond my reach to assess the depth of this nature's wonderful creation. Perhaps my vision and perception was limited. After my return, I was browzing through the photographs taken during that visit. Just felt, why not i give some shape to my imagination about this cannyon. So it has come out in the form of my water color painting. The Colorado river passing through peacefully in the depth of the cannyon is eyecatching. The bright hue of brown, yellow and deep blue adores the steep range. Hope i have brought my dream into reality.!
