This painting is about a typical winter snow scene. I live on the east coast of North America which has beautiful
greenery. We often bet greeting cards from our family and friends who are on either coast. One of the cards was about beautiful snow which inspired myself and my young girl, Veda to bring our hands and brush into full action. We both sketched the picture. Veda tried to experiment a little bit with water color and
pastels. We sketched the small bushes and plants at the back drop of the cottages and barn. Veda imagined herself in the Horse coach with me and drew the horse coach. It is a scene with a whole front yard covered with lot of snow, The little boys
shoveling and dragging the
Christmas tree. Myself and Veda feel this picture would certainly inspire the viewers to
visualize the winter scene and fill their thoughts with colors.
